New Epoch: Electric Sheep Chip Rivalry

As the Ultiverse ecosystem is entering a new phase on its roadmap, Electric Sheep (ES) is also unfolding a brand-new chapter. We are introducing captivating opportunities, designed to elevate community engagement and contribute to the continued growth of Electric Sheep.

As part of the Ultiverse new released whitepaper, ES holders enjoys special rights and incentives:

1. $ULTC Token Airdrop

• Allocation of $ULTI Tokens: A dedicated amount of $ULTI tokens are set aside as rewards, exclusively distributed among ES holders. This gesture recognizes and appreciates the early support and trust placed in the Ultiverse project.

2. Enhanced Utility in Activities

• Additional Utility Boost: Souls holding ES status will enjoy added utility bonuses in all their activities within the ecosystem. This includes enhanced experiences and benefits in various engagements, further enriching their participation in Ultiverse.

3. Flexible Reward Mechanism

• Hold to Earn: To enhance the flexibility of ES holdings and optimize the staking experience, we are transitioning from obtaining SOUL through staking Electric Sheep to a ‘Hold to Earn’ model. Each Electric Sheep holder will receive SOUL rewards simply for holding their ES in their wallet.

4. Priority Access to Micro Worlds

• Priority Access: ES holders will gain special and exclusive privileges in all Micro Worlds. Having priority access provides ES holders with a strategic advantage over other users. They can potentially leverage this early entry to make informed decisions, establish a presence, or gain a head start in activities within the Micro World environment.

Introducing Electric Sheep Chips Rivalry

The Electric Sheep Chips Rivalry represents a noteworthy milestone, signaling the project’s transition into a new and pivotal phase of development. To participate, ES holders are expected to be familiar with the following details:

1. HOLD To Earn

Instead of staking, during the Chip Rivalry, each Electric Sheep holder will receive SOUL rewards simply for holding their ES in their wallet. This approach aims to offer a seamless and rewarding experience, encouraging active participation and sustained engagement throughout the Rivalry. Previous staking channel will be closed upon the start of ’Hold to Earn.’ Holders can cancel staking at any time and the rights of ES holders currently staking will remain unaffected.

2. Chips

In the Chip Rivalry, two distinct types of chips are integral for ES holders: Golden Chips and Silver Chips, serving as crucial assets.

Golden Chips:

• Exclusively acquired by opening the Rivalry Supply Box.

Silver Chips:

ES holders

• ES holders will receive a one-time airdrop of Silver Chips, with the quantity determined by the level of the corresponding Electric Sheep NFT. The calculation is based on the snapshot of ES NFT levels as of January 1, 2024.
• Level N indicates N silver chips for each NFT level.
• Additional Silver Chips for the ES holders can be obtained by opening the Rivalry Supply Box.

Ultiverse-Moonlight (MetaGF holders)

• For Ultiverse-Moonlight (@MetaGF_) NFT holders, regardless of your NFT level, you will receive a one-time silver chip airdrop, with the quantity determined by the number of the Ultiverse-Moonlight NFTs in your wallets. For example, if a holder owns 10 Ultiverse-Moonlight NFTs in the same wallet, the holder will receive 10 silver chip airdrops.
• The snapshot schedule for Ultiverse-Moonlight NFTs will be announced at a later date.

3. Rivalry Supply Box

Every Monday, each Electric Sheep holder will be entitled to receive a Rivalry Supply Box. Holders can freely unlock their Supply Box(es). Within the Boxes are an array of valuable resources, including Golden Chips, Silver Chips, and SOUL ranging from 300 to 10,000. These supplies will be randomly distributed upon opening.

In instances where the holder does not open the Supply box for their Electric Sheep, the box will remain sealed, and holders can subsequently open it during the Chip Rivalry event.

3. Listing & Trading Electric Sheep during Chip Rivalry

When an Electric Sheep (ES) NFT is listed on secondary market during the Chip Rivalry:

1. The Electric Sheep NFT will stop generating daily ‘Hold to Earn’ SOUL once it is listed on the market.
2. The listed Electric Sheep NFT will stop receiving weekly Rivalry Supply Box(es).
3. The production of rewards (SOUL and Rivalry Supply Box) will resume promptly upon purchase by a new holder or upon being delisted from the market.
4. The rewards following the purchase will be rightfully entitled to the new holder.

When an Electric Sheep (ES) NFT is traded during the Chip Rivalry:

1. Golden and Silver Chips obtained from opening Supply boxes and the level airdrop of the traded Electric Sheep NFT will be transferred to the new holder.
2. Any remaining sealed (unopened) Rivalry Supply Box(es) associated with the traded Electric Sheep NFT will also be transferred to the new holder.
3. The original holder retains the SOUL acquired from holding the Electric Sheep NFT and from opening Supply Boxes.

4. Date

The commencement date, concealed for now, will be revealed exclusively through our official channels. Chip Rivalry will persist until further notice.

5. Venue

ES holders will have the ability to receive and open their Rivalry Supply Box(es) while also reviewing the detailed supplies information on the official website: https://es.ultiverse.io/home.
