Introduction

The $ULTI Token Generation Event (TGE) is on the horizon, and we’re excited to unveil the token claim details as we embark on the next chapter of Ultiverse!

Over 900K users are eligible to claim $ULTI at the Token Generation Event (TGE).

Rules and Tutorial

1. OKX Account Claim Phase Public Claim Phase

If you’re an OKX user, you can claim your $ULTI ahead of others! Please provide your exchange UID and ULTI Deposit Address (BEP20) on the ULTI claim page.

• Claim Period: 04:00 PM UTC 2024.06.02 – 04:00 AM UTC 2024.06.04
• Deposit Time: Before TGE

2. Public Claim Phase

This claim phase will be opened to all users. OKX users who missed the last claim phase or filled invalid OKX account information will also be able to claim again in this phase.

• Claim Period: June 6th (Before TGE)

To view your OKX account information, open OKX APP and go to [Exchange] and log in/sign up.

OKX UID:

1. Click on the button on the top left of the front page.

2. Click on your personal profile.

3. Copy your UID.

OKX $ULTI Deposit Address:

1. Click [Deposit] on the front page.

2. Click on the search bar and type [ULTI], select [ULTI] and then [ULTI-BSC].

3. Copy the deposit address.

ULTI for the Community

• You are eligible for $ULTI airdrops if you:
• Hold an ElectricSheep NFT
• Hold a Gold Chip NFT
• Hold our Ecosystem NFTs
• Hold SOUL
• Are an Eligible Participant in Partner Airdrop Campaigns

ElectricSheep NFT Holder

A total of 4% of $ULTI is allocated to ElectricSheep NFT holders.

❗❗IMPORTANT: We will conduct an ES holder snapshot on June 3rd, at 8pm HKT / 12pm GMT / 8am EST.❗❗

This snapshot will determine:

• The ULTI vesting terms based on the ES level.
• The eligible addresses to claim the ULTI airdrop unlocked at the TGE.
• Level 1: 20% TGE unlock, 12-month linear vesting, no cliff.
• Level 2: 25% TGE unlock, 10-month linear vesting, no cliff.
• Level 3: 30% TGE unlock, 8-month linear vesting, no cliff.
• Level 4: 35% TGE unlock, 6-month linear vesting, no cliff.

On subsequent months, the holder snapshot will be taken on the 5th of the month.

The website will automatically count the ES NFTs and their level in the connected wallet, as well as the amount of ULTI you can claim from the ES NFTs. Simply click [Claim] to claim your $ULTI.

Gold Chip NFT Holder

A total of 4% of $ULTI is allocated to Gold Chip NFT holders.

To receive the $ULTI airdrop, you’ll need to burn the Gold Chip NFT.

The ULTI vesting terms for burned Gold Chip NFT are as follows:

• 15% unlocked at TGE
• 15-month linear vesting with no cliff

The airdrop for Gold Chip NFTs will be conducted on a monthly basis.

The website will automatically count the Gold Chip NFTs in the connected wallet, as well as the amount of ULTI you can claim. Click [BURN] and follow the prompts in your wallet to burn NFTs and claim $ULTI.

Ecosystem NFT Holder

You are eligible to claim a one-time airdrop if you are holding the following Ecosystem NFTs:

• Meta GF (allocations determined by Meta GF level) — Snapshot at block 39141790
• Meta Merge Pets — S — Snapshot at block 39141790
• BAC Genesis Runner — Snapshot at block 4081828
• Cyber8Ball Cue NFTs — Snapshot at block 216199137
• CricketFly Genesis Pass — Snapshot at block 5009386

These airdrop allocations are fully vested upon TGE.

SOUL Holder

SOUL is an off-chain loyalty point awarded to our supporters. Every 100 SOUL will be converted to 1 $ULTI.

The first season of Ulti-Pilot has already ended with the Pilot Points and SOUL being snapshotted on May 29th. During this token claim phase, only SOUL acquired before the snapshot can be converted to ULTI.

We’ve implemented the following Sybil detection techniques on Ulti-Pilot:

1. Monitoring On-chain Transactions Between Multiple Wallets: We examine transaction histories across major blockchains to identify wallets engaging in consistent transactions with each other.
2. Tracking Direct API Interaction with No Browser Access Records: We flag wallets interacting with our API without any associated records of browser access, aiming to detect potential automated scripts or bots.
3. Identifying Multiple Addresses Interacting from a Single IP: We label instances where an unusually high number of addresses interact from the same IP address, a behavior often associated with Sybil activity.

These measures help us maintain the integrity of the campaign and ensure that airdrop rewards are distributed fairly to genuine community members.

The ULTI vesting terms for SOUL holders:

• 50% unlocked at TGE, with the remaining 50% unlocked one month later
